Planning Commission Agendas

The Elk Ridge City Planning Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council on matters related to land use, zoning, and community development. The Commission reviews development applications, subdivision proposals, and other planning issues to help ensure responsible growth and preservation of the city’s character. Meetings are typically held on the first  Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Elk Ridge City Hall, and the public is encouraged to attend. Agendas and meeting materials are posted in advance to keep residents informed and engaged in the planning process.
